The situation we’re trying to create now is like the family situation when the father pushes the son out on his own. In many ways, the government still helps in the management of affairs: It sends the director or the CEO to manage the company. But, in the end, the company is responsible for making a living. If it loses money, it is responsible for taking care of itself and surviving.
